Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions belong to the company Minimalisa Concept SRL (registered at the Trade Register under no. J8/1769/2018 and having the Fiscal Registration Code RO 39690143), referred to in the contents of this website as "Lisa&Co.", "online store", "site" or "we" and refer to the services offered through the virtual store www.lisaconcept.com.

The term "Customer" refers to all natural and/or legal persons who access the online store or order, by any means agreed by Lisa&Co., products from the website www.lisaconcept.com.

The Customer's use of the website www.lisaconcept.com is equivalent to the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) in this document, as well as the express assumption that Lisa&Co. reserves the right to revise and update the site and all its content (including the present T&Cs) without prior notice. This fact does not exempt the Customer from the obligation to know and respect the content of this website.

Customer Account

In order to use the website www.lisaconcept.com and the services offered by the online store, the Customer undertakes to:
- Provide real and complete data, filling in all fields requested in the registration form and update them whenever changes occur.
- Provide a valid email address and activate the account created and attached to that email address. Authentication and order tracking will be done using this email address, which is why we recommend that you indicate an address that you use frequently.

Lisa&Co. reserves the right to cancel accounts and/or orders placed from accounts suspected of being fake accounts or containing untrue information.

If Lisa&Co. finds that, in the creation of the Account, the Client provided unreal, out-of-date or incomplete data, which caused damages, may engage the Client's civil or criminal liability, as the case may be.

Order and payment

The customer will place the order online and will receive confirmation by e-mail (to the address with which the customer account was created). The products are gilded to order, their return not being accepted.

All prices and, as the case may be, delivery costs are expressed in RON and include VAT at the rate of 19%.

By placing the order, the Customer confirms that he assumes and accepts the Terms and Conditions and undertakes to pick up the item and pay the price displayed in the Shopping Cart. Lisa&Co. undertakes to deliver the product to the address digitally communicated by the Customer. For deliveries outside Romania, the Customer must contact Lisa&Co. (details on contact methods can be found in the Contact section).

Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes to comply with the following, fully assuming the consequences of actions contrary to those below:
- Not to use the information, pictures or any other materials on the site for commercial purposes or any other purpose, except for personal use. Use in any form, including advertising/commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Not to copy, multiply, distribute or use the information, pictures or any other materials (graphics, logo, design) from the site, without the prior written consent obtained from Lisa&Co. All these elements are the property of www.lisaconcept.com and are protected by copyright law.

Personal data

Lisa&Co. undertakes not to divulge the Client's personal data to third parties (such as name, surname, mailing address, telephone, e-mail address), without his consent, except in the cases provided for by Romanian legislation. The Lisa&Co online store. is managed in compliance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 (for the protection of individuals, regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data), amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 (regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector), as well as the provisions of the Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data. Lisa&Co. undertakes to store and manage the personal data provided by the Customer in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes (order, delivery, communication).

Disclaimer

Lisa&Co. works with specialists in the field of photographic art to provide the Client with quality images that reflect the quality and details of our jewelry. However, we would like to draw attention to the fact that, although photographed individually and paying attention to all particularities, differences may appear between the presentation image and the gem. This may be due to the settings of the camera or the device on which the Customer views the image. Lisa&Co. cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of colors and textures. At the same time, the jewelry is unique in its texture, shades and natural appearance, none of which can be claimed by the Customer as defects (see warranty conditions).
