We follow a few general rules for customized jewelry in our workshop, especially for pieces that do not include an adjustable system. We also use two standard sizes: 17 cm for bracelets and 38-39 cm for necklaces. These lengths can be customized to your preferences. Please contact us in advance if you opt for a specific modification or visit our showroom to take accurate measurements.
Customized jewelry requires a dedicated price and payment in advance. These pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for other products as they are made to order. Any modification can be applied once if the piece does not fit correctly on the first attempt. The jewelry can start from a Lisa&Co. design or be created entirely for you.
*For pearl necklaces, we offer the option to customize based on the pearl model and accessories available in our showroom. Please schedule a visit with one of our consultants.
*A cost will be applied based on the requirements, and unfortunately, we cannot offer options other than those mentioned above.
*Customized products cannot be returned or replaced with other items. According to our policy, they require full payment in advance.
