MY ORDER

Our jewelry falls into two categories: in-stock and pre-order. The delivery time for pre-orders varies depending on the complexity of production and the availability of raw materials. Find the specific delivery time for each product in the details section.

For in-stock products, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, plus the delivery time, which is generally 24 hours.

For pre-order jewelry, please allow between 3-5 business days (for necklaces) and 30-40 business days (for engagement rings and wedding bands), plus the delivery time of 24 hours.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons and holidays, there may be delays in processing and delivery. Please contact us before placing your order if you need to meet a specific deadline, and we will do our best to assist you.

We can only make changes to your order if it has not been dispatched.

Yes, you can buy gift cards both in the showroom and on the website. Cards receive a code that can be used both online and in the showroom.

If we offer a discount or sale promotion, you will be notified via our newsletter and social media channels.

Once your order has been placed and is ready to ship, you will then receive an email notification with tracking information.
